LOW IMPACT ELECTRIFICATION
Electrify now. No electrical upgrade required.
VRX replaces legacy gas HVAC at end of useful life — on the existing curb, inside the existing electrical service, in occupied buildings.

01 / WHAT WE BUILD
Electrification without the electrical upgrade
Most buildings can’t electrify because the service can’t take the load. VRX equipment is engineered to replace legacy gas equipment at end of life within the building’s existing electrical envelope.
Rooftop Electrification
Pressure-decoupled direct replacement for Dual Deck and Multi-Zone units — single-point power, factory-integrated controls, existing curb and ductwork, designed for an 8-hour replacement.
80–200 T · NO ADDED AMPS
Hydronic Systems
20–300 ton hydronic systems with adiabatic assist option and a glycol-free economizer — free cooling down to −13°F without glycol in the loop.
20–300 T · GLYCOL-FREE DCE
VRX Cascade
Direct/indirect cooling with DX assist and precision humidity control, engineered for large-scale dedicated outdoor air (DOAS) projects.

HydroCore: modular cooling engineered around the constraint stack
Water, community acceptance, capital, and execution speed are the constraints that stall data center projects. HydroCore’s modular 300-ton platform is designed against all four — so CapEx follows demand instead of leading it.

Claims an engineer can defend
VRX was founded by the builder of Alliance Air Products — organically grown into one of the major providers of data center cooling in the United States, and acquired by Daikin Applied. We write performance and code-compliance claims the way consulting engineers have to read them: evidence-based, project-specific, and reviewed against ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 90.4, and California Title 24 pathways.
