ABOUT
Engineering first. Everything else follows.

Mike Sabbaghian
FOUNDER
VRX Technologies was founded on a simple observation: buildings don’t electrify on mandates — they electrify when the engineering pencils out.
With nearly 35 years in the industry, founder Mike Sabbaghian founded and organically grew Alliance Air Products into one of the major providers of data center cooling in the United States. Acquired by Daikin Applied about three years ago, Alliance remains one of the strongest data center cooling system providers in North America.
VRX Technologies and Engineered Systems is the next chapter — solving the hardest obstacles in electrification and decarbonization, and addressing, in a meaningful way, the data center constraints facing more than 70% of projects now in planning or in progress. The focus is the installed base. Legacy multi-zone equipment, constrained electrical services, occupied buildings that can’t shut down — the projects most electrification products aren’t designed for are the ones VRX is designed around.
The same discipline governs how we talk about performance. Claims on this site are written to be checked — against project conditions, energy-code pathways, and the review of the authority having jurisdiction.
INSTALLATION DAY — AUGUST 2026
PRINCIPLE 01
Low impact, by design
Electrify at end of useful life, inside the existing electrical envelope. The cheapest infrastructure is the infrastructure you don’t rebuild.
PRINCIPLE 02
Claims that survive review
Evidence-based performance statements, sourced and scoped — written for the consulting engineer who has to sign the drawings.
PRINCIPLE 03
Built like a manufacturer
Factory integration, direct-fit engineering, and lifecycle cost modeling — habits carried over from building a custom air handling manufacturer.
