Electrify at end of life. Stay inside the electrical envelope.
Three product families, one design constraint: replace legacy gas equipment when it’s due anyway — without a service upgrade, a new switchgear project, or a shut-down building.
01 / ROOFTOP ELECTRIFICATION
Direct-fit electric replacement for Dual Deck and Multi-Zone units
Legacy multi-zone rooftop units are the hardest equipment in the building to electrify — and usually the oldest. The VRX direct-fit unit drops onto the existing curb, reuses the existing ductwork, and carries integral hot water, so a changeout is measured in days, not seasons.
The pressure-decoupled design lets 80–200 ton rooftop units be replaced with VAV re-heat or active chilled beam systems while eliminating the gas boilers entirely — with no amps added to the connected power of the replaced legacy units.

02 / HYDRONIC SYSTEMS
20–300 ton hydronic plants with glycol-free free cooling
VRX hydronic systems bring heat-pump electrification to buildings that run on water. The glycol-free DCE economizer delivers free-cooling operation down to −13°F without the pumping penalty, heat-transfer derate, and maintenance burden of a glycol loop.
An optional adiabatic assist extends efficient operation through high-ambient conditions, and the same platform scales from a single 20-ton replacement to a 300-ton plant — the basis of the HydroCore family used in our data center work.
03 / VRX CASCADE
Cascade cooling for large-scale DOAS
VRX Cascade stages direct and indirect cooling sections with DX assist, so each section only works as hard as the air condition requires. The result is precision humidity control for large-scale dedicated outdoor air systems — without oversizing the refrigeration plant to chase latent load.
